Following a profitable pilot project, InfraCo Africa, part of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), has signed a Shareholders’ Agreement and a Loan Agreement with Bonergie Irrigation SAS (Bonergie Irrigation) to proceed supporting the dimensions up of the venture.
Under the model new agreements, InfraCo Africa will maintain a big minority shareholding in Bonergie Irrigation, committing a further US$2.4 million to substantially scale up farmers’ entry to prime quality irrigation options in Senegal.
