Thai and foreign passengers had been left stranded at Krabi International Airport in southern Thailand yesterday evening after the runway was closed as a end result of an electrical quick circuit, causing disruption to several flights.

“The airport closed its runway to fix the electrical system however did not formally announce the problem to the passengers waiting at the airport. The airport left every airline to handle their travellers independently as if the airport had nothing to do with the problem.
