A tragic motorcycle accident claimed the life of a fifty two year old construction worker in Na Yong district, Trang province. The incident occurred yesterday round 1am, close to his home.
The development worker, Seree, lost management of his motorbike, which then veered off the highway and plunged into a canal. His physique was discovered a day later after a 30 minute search by rescue staff.
The rescue group from Trang’s Kuson Foundation (Tek Xiang Tung branch), the Sa Wang Bak Dee Trang rescue unit, and a quantity of other volunteers found Seree’s lifeless body lying face down under about 1-2 metres of water.
The preliminary investigation advised that the sufferer had been useless for about a day.
His blue and white Yamaha Met (Nang Phraya) bike, with the license plate P 4883 Trang, was discovered submerged about 15 metres from his body.
The tragic scene was filled with grief as the victim’s relatives cried and collapsed on the roadside. Up-sell revealed that Seree had left his house round 5pm on September 24 to go to his wife’s house nearby. However, he mysteriously disappeared. His family members had been searching for him since but to no avail.
On September 25, his family reported him missing via social media and set out to search for him. They adopted the route he normally took and located signs of a vehicle skidding off the road near the canal, about 300-400 metres away from his residence. Upon further inspection, they found the submerged motorbike within the canal and subsequently found the body.
Although the authorities sent Seree’s physique for a detailed autopsy, initial findings advised no indicators of struggle or assault.
The family, who didn’t suspect foul play, believed it was a tragic accident where Seree misplaced management and fell into the canal. They are making ready for his funeral based on non secular rites, reports Khaosod Online.
