US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps can also be a full-service provider of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a team of 28 workers.

Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory protection, high product traces and adding further service capabilities to this area. We are very desperate to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly 65 places throughout the United States, and greater than forty service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 workers.
