Following a successful pilot challenge, InfraCo Africa, part of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), has signed a Shareholders’ Agreement and a Loan Agreement with Bonergie Irrigation SAS (Bonergie Irrigation) to proceed supporting the scale up of the project.
Under the model new agreements, InfraCo Africa will maintain a large minority shareholding in Bonergie Irrigation, committing a further US$2.4 million to considerably scale up farmers’ entry to top quality irrigation options in Senegal.
