QED Environmental Systems, Inc. has upgraded its ORP215M-R precision orifice plate wellhead, providing plate exchanges which give extra correct flow measurement with precise adjustment of gasoline flow, particularly at very low charges (below 10 normal ft3/minute).
The new design includes a full kit of six orifice plates securely attached to the wellhead for quick access. A permanent stainless-steel S-type orifice plate retainer retains the plates shut by and helps forestall loss of the orifice plates. With plates readily at hand, fuel fields can be kept properly tuned for the most effective performance.
Changing to the proper orifice plate takes only seconds, without having to shut down the control valve or retune the well. เกจวัดแรงดันแก๊ส provides exact gasoline move control, achieving close to linear circulate adjustment throughout its complete range.
The QED ORP215M-R wellhead features heavy-duty engineered plastic development and moulded, glass-filled polypropylene which boosts its resistance to UV, weather and harsh subject circumstances. By tuning the wellhead to maintain differential pressure (DP) of 0.5–5-in of water column vacuum, wellheads operate at the optimum rate.
