Three new N-Eupex couplings and optimised flexible parts

Flender is expanding the portfolio of its versatile coupling sequence N-Eupex by introducing three new varieties. The new products allow users additional flexibility in their systems with out losing the compact design and high load capacity of a pin coupling.
The new N-Eupex ERN is equipped with a torque limiter, which offers much more
safety within the drivetrain in lots of applications. The coupling variant permits customers to
specify a most torque so that crucial torques for the motor and output machine
usually are not transmitted. Machines and techniques are protected from overload and
harm, thus considerably increasing system availability.
With the N-Eupex B plus clamping component, Flender introduces a second new
coupling that ensures frictionally engaged clamping connections. In this case, the
plain, cylindrical machine shaft end is linked to the coupling hub by way of a clamping
connection without a feather key and repair ability is increased. For เกวัดแรงดันน้ำ ,
assembly or substitute of worn elastomers could be carried out rather more easily.
No connecting machine elements should be moved, the time required is halved
and so is the downtime of the machine.
With the N-Eupex DKS, a model new double-cardanic coupling is introduced as a “short
version” into Flender’s modular system. While the DK type, which was launched in
2020, addresses the pump market with commonplace enlargement items for normed shaft
distances, the DKS is the shortest potential double-cardanic resolution for the market.
The shortened general length allows cost-optimized use with a small shaft distance
dimension without losing some nice benefits of a double-cardanic coupling connection.
New elastomers for the pin couplings round off the modular extensions. In addition
to the beforehand used rubber parts made from NBR, Flender now additionally provides
elastomers made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). Following เกจวัดแรงดันpcp
enhance for all N-Eupex couplings with NBR packings in 2020, the use of TPU
packings permits the facility density to be increased by another 20 percent on
common. For sizes 300 and above, the familiar NBR elastomer is combined with
cloth inserts and the torque capability is once more raised.
“With a view to the long tradition of cam couplings, our development engineers are
systematically working on growing the number of combos even additional. The
2022 enhancements give our customers a variety of sustainable choices for
optimizing their machines and techniques even more and reducing upkeep,”
explains André Artmann, Head of Coupling Sales.
